Kids Grow Up So Fast

Today, my little sister will be graduating from high school. Kids, they grow up so fast these days. It kinda makes me feel old. Good thing I look like a 17-year old. =)

Yay! Blogger has added a spelling checker. No moore spelting mistakes.

Blazing Opera

Opera has been Carbonized. Yahoo! The speed at which Opera renders HTML is simply amazing. OmniWeb and Internet Explorer just pales in comparsion. The current Opera technology build doesn’t support Java nor plug-ins or the scroll-wheel. There’s hope yet. I’m really tired of having to use over 4 browsers.

Ugh. Today’s weather was really bad. I ended up with a nasty sunburn when I spent my afternoon at the zoo.

Hello Lara Croft

Tomb Raider’s a pretty entertaining movie. As usually as with all other game-inspired, don’t expect much for a plot. The CG graphics could use some work. Now, why can’t I get Lara Croft to move like that? It’s funny that I was expecting to see Tia Carre’s face each time Angelia Jolie would turn around.

Biology Class

I’m not doing as well as I have expected in my Biology class. I’m a bit disappointed with my test results, having recieved a C instead of an A. I probably made careless mistakes on the exam since I felt I knew the material. Hopefully I’ll do better on today’s exam. On the bright side, I’m doing very well in lab.

On an even better note, my grades from last semester were much better than I have expected! In fact, they’re the best grades I have recieved in any given semester. Maybe I stand some chance in getting accepted to Syracuse University afterall.

Life is great. You heard that right. You wouldn’t hear me saying that a few years ago, but I have changed. =)

Less Paxil

Last week, I decreased my dosage of paxil to half, from 40mg to 20mg; One step closer to being paxil-free. Strangely, since then, things seem to have improved and I felt much better. I guess I have learned to cognitively handle my social anxiety.
