G4 iBooks?!?

Apple released new iBooks today. The G4 processor caught me off guard. Wow! I didn’t expect Apple to switch the iBooks to G4s this soon. I was expecting the switch after they had updated the PowerBook line to G5s. Does this mean the PowerBook G5 is coming sooner than expected?

I waited a long time for them to update the 15” PowerBook. Now that it has been updated, I’m was looking forward to purchasing one by the end of the month. But now with the release of the iBook G4, I’m a bit hesitant. Should I wait? Are the PowerBook G5’s just around the corner? If only Apple announce their release schedule.
