Great stuff Steve! Haven’t tried this out yet, but I’m gonna give it a go.

In the mean time, I have to nominate your layout for the Sleekest K2-based design. Well, I would if there was a contest anyway, haha. I can’t stop staring at the header and footer in particular. Very very nice.

    Cheers,

    Ja

Hi. I tried using your Rolling Asides plugin. However even after making changes in sidebar.php, I cant get it to work.

Great plugin, but if I might point out one little glitch, it appears to alter the position of the RSS feed icon, which could be a problem if you have Latest Comments running—see my blog. Is there a way to get the icon back to its original position?

Thanks. I think I fixed the feedlink positions. I just shifted them 16px up :)

Hi steve. I had downloaded your asides plugin and its working fantastically. I have another question for you now. I saw that on the top of every page you have a gray coloured bar for next/previous entries. Is that a plugin or that you made or you downloaded it from somewhere. Please let me know. Thanks

It’s the new rolling archives that’s built-in the svn version of K2. You can get it by downloading the svn. You can read about the <a href=“http://getk2.com/2006/03/new-svn/” rel=“nofollow”>k2 svn here</a>.

Hi Steve. Thanks for that. I downloaded that plugin and did the required editing to navigation.php however, now the rolling archives plugin is displayed on the home page with a big grey coloured box with all the archived posts in it. I was just wondering how did you get the gray bar on top of all the posts on your blog. Its just easier to navigate that way.

Great plugin! I’ve got 1 question:

How to change the look of asides from what k2 has by default (only titles) to what you have (titles some content).

    Thanks.

I’ve installed a plugin “Multiply” which allows to manage a few blogs (for example, http://www.wxample/newblog).

But something is wrong: if use you plugin on the main blog and on other blogs, everywhere only the main blog asides are shown!

    What’s wrong?

Kick-ass plugin man. I had no trouble at all getting it up and running. Now the only problem is deeming a post insignificant enough to be an aside.

<p>I used you theme plugin for a long time but since r314 released, rolling asides doesn’t work well. It’s a bug or am i a donkey? :p</p>

    <p>Sorry about my english ;)</p>

<p>Steve, the plugin install is ok, but it doesnt show the images. The asides posts are showing, but the navbar gets all weird…can you have a look at my site?</p>

    Hey Steve.
Super stuff you got here. Just one question. I sorfof skipped the whole using K2 part and managed to get the rolling asides on to my page. “sweet stuff”
The asides work fine in safari and firefox on the mac but just keeps loading! when i try it on ff and ie for pc.

    Any ideas?
I know its not what you intended it for but if you have some time over maybe you wanna help me out.

    Thanx.
