Quy’s Car

Quy handed me the keys to his Honda Civic. This was the car that I relearned how to drive. Having bought his father’s car, he didn’t need his Civic. Over the past months, he had alot of internal parts repaired and replaced It’s practically a new car. With all the money spent and effort, it wasn’t worth it to sell it to some stranger. Also, the car has some sentimental value. He figured it was best to give it to a friend. I’m honored that he chose me. I’ll take good care of it. Now I just need to find a place to park it. The driveway is already crowded.

Wet Christmas

It started raining pretty hard yesterday and continued onto today. We needed the rain. The past three years had been very dry. The recent brush fires was a clear indication of that.

Yesterday, I went to Quy’s sister’s Christmas Eve party. His sisters know how to have a great time. They always have great food such as lobsters and sushi. There were no lobsters yesterday, just lots of shrimp and raw oysters. I tried one of the oysters. Continue reading ‘Wet Christmas’

Winter Break

Yay! Winter break is finally here. I was so worn out and tired of school by the time Thanksgiving came along. I’m glad the Fall Quarter is over. I only enjoyed one of my three classes.
